Tell us whether you need an initial design assessment, a review of an amended specification or an as-built calculation. For completion work, identify what has actually been installed and any changes from the design. The required evidence, assessment method and applicable regulatory version are agreed for the project before work starts.

Is SAP the same as an EPC?
SAP is an assessment method; an EPC is a certificate describing energy performance. Tell us whether your enquiry is for design compliance, completion certification or both.
Building regulations and assessment routes differ across the UK. Project location, the applicable requirements and deliverables are confirmed when agreeing the scope.
